⛈️Wild Weasel brought the thunder to Green Country⛈️

Our first time in Oklahoma was a blast! At the Green Country Regional we made new friends, played with old pals, and ulimately brought home the win! Shout out to our alliance partners @roult4403 and @frcteam2359 for joining us as we Weaseled through elims. We were also recognized with the Excellence in Engineering Award and set our new season high score with 610 points!

Next stop, Houston!

This past weekend we were invited to Luke Air Force Base for Luke days! We demoed our robot, helped demo FLL, paper airplanes and more. We talked about FIRST to a bunch of students and families. ⚠️ Wild Weasel is on the loose ⚠️

This weekend we attended the innagural Pikes Peak Regional. After two days of Qualification matches, we finished rank 1 for the first time in program history! With our friends @frc8044 and @puncher_robotics we made it through some hard fought matches to win the event. After matches ended, we were incredibly honored to be named the Regional Impact Award winners for our work back home in Arizona. With these accolades, we are now qualified for the FIRST Championship in May! Up next, the Green Country Regional!

For the past five months, our FTC team Project: COBRA has been hard at work designing, building, and programming their robot for this year’s game, 𝘋𝘦𝘤𝘰𝘥𝘦.

They started at the Gilbert Qualifier, finishing 16th out of 21 teams. At their next event, the Painted Desert Qualifier, they made a huge leap — 𝐫𝐚𝐧𝐤𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝟏𝐬𝐭, 𝐰𝐢𝐧𝐧𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐞𝐯𝐞𝐧𝐭, and earning the 𝐈𝐧𝐧𝐨𝐯𝐚𝐭𝐞 𝐀𝐰𝐚𝐫𝐝.

Last weekend, they wrapped up their season at the Arizona State Championship, competing in the Grand Canyon Division and placing 18th out of 25 teams.
